The Scholarships are awarded to new full-time students enrolling on masters courses in September of the academic year 2012/13. Candidates may not under any circumstances defer take-up of a scholarship until a later date.The de Rohan Scholarship is awarded for full-time or part-time tuition fees. If you receive an award/awards from other sources which cover all your tuition fees, you will not be eligible for a Scholarship. All Scholarships are for a period of one year only and the scholarships do not include a maintenance grant.

You must have accepted a place on a full-time or part-time master’s course at Oxford Brookes University, ie a course leading to an MA,. You must be a new full-time masters student starting your course in September of the 2012/13 academic year.
The Scholarship Scheme is normally open to UK, EU and International students.
You should have, or expect to obtain, a good honours degree or equivalent from a recognised institution of higher education, or have experience which demonstrates appropriate knowledge and skills at honours degree standard.
Candidates receiving awards from other sources of funding which cover all their tuition fees will not be eligible for a de Rohan Scholarshop; eligibility is not affected by funding covering maintenance costs.
